Shipping Information

Rejected Package Policy

By placing an order, you agree to our shipping and return policies.

If a package is refused at delivery, the following conditions apply:

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% of the order value will be charged, with a minimum of $15 USD.

• If 15% of the order value is less than $15, a $15 fee will apply.
• If 15% of the order value exceeds $15, the 15% amount will apply.

Cost Settlement
These costs will be deducted from the refund amount or invoiced separately if necessary.

Exceptions
If the package is refused due to our error (such as damaged or incorrect items), no fees will be charged. In such cases, we will resend the product or provide a replacement free of charge.
