Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us by email. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you. In such cases, you will not be responsible for return shipping fees.
If the return is caused by the consumer (for example, ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost depends on the shipping carrier you choose.

Step 2: Send Your Package
After receiving instructions from us, send the items to the provided return address. You are responsible for the return shipment. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace.
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned items in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed and processed. All purchases are considered final at the time of ordering.
